J.R: Welcome everyone to the final Pay-Per-View of the year, Final Fallout! Hello everyone I'm Jim Ross alongside WWE Hall Of Famer, Jerry "The King" Lawler and we are here tonight to call the amazing action we have for you in this momentous event.
King: You took the words right out of my mouth J.R , tonight, Manager goes one on one with Str8 for the World Heavyweight Championship, and this one will be a good old fashioned Grudge Match. No Tables, no Ladders, no Chairs. This will feud will be settled in a bloody but sanctioned match.
J.R: What a match that's gonna be but also Str8 will be competing in a Pink Slip Match against JTW. JTW claims that Str8 is not the Best In The World and he looks to prove that here tonight.
We see the Steel Cage lower as we get this match underway.
Ding Ding Ding!
Roberts: This opening match scheduled for one fall, is a Steel Cage Match for both the PSN and Hardcore Championships!
Roberts: Introducing first, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 237 lbs, he is the current Hardcore Champion, Thor!!!
J.R: I talked to this young man earlier today and he said he is not happy with STP's current management.
King: You said that right. Str8 has been pushing Thor around for months and I think it's time for Thor to step up and give STr8 a taste of his own medicine.
Roberts: And his opponent, from Nashville, Tennessee, weighing in at 238 lbs, he is the current PSN Champion, Stewart!!
Crowd has mixed reactions as Stewart enters through the cage door but Thor isn't wasting any time as he starts attacking Stewart from the get-go.
Ding Ding Ding!
Beginning Of Match:
Thor starts going after Stew early on in this match and Stew is looking to escape from Thor's grasp. Stew slaps Thor across the face and Thor is now angry. Thor starts repeatedly kicking Stew on his abdomen and follows it up with a swift kick to the face. Thor is looking to make an early escape here as he calls the referee to open the door. Thor is about to pick up the early win until Stew intervenes the last minute and pulls Thor back in. Stew starts stomping on Thor's body and punches his head over, and over again. Stew lifts up Thor by the hair and rams his head onto the unforgiving steel! Thor is now a bloody mess as this match rolls on. Stew grabs Thor by the hair again and this time, starts scraping Thor's wounded face against the steel! Thor screams and screams but Stew is showing no mercy. Stew finally stops and Thor is now lying on the ground a bloody mess.
Middle Of Match:
Stew taunts and plays with the crowd and he looks to inflict more punishment on Thor. Stew grabs Thor by the hair once more but Thor low blows Stew! Talk about crushing the family jewels! Thor drags Stew by the legs and holds it for a second, then Thor falls down and catapults Stew's face onto the cage wall! Thor picks up Stew and starts ramming Stew's face against the cage wall over and over and over again! Stew is busted open now as this match is quickly turning violent. Thor hits rights and lefts on Stew's forehead and Stew is knocked out. Thor irish whips Stew into the corner and seats him on the top turnbuckle. Thor hits rights and lefts again and this time, Thor sets up Stew for a superplex! Thor is about to set it up properly, but Stew fights back and hits right hands to Thor's abdomen. Thor is about to fall down but stays put. Stew delivers one more right hand and Thor falls down to the mat! Stew starts climbing the cage from the corner and is nearing the top until Thor grabs hold of Stew's leg and pulls down, sending him crashing face first on the turnbuckle. Thor starts crawling toward the cage door, becoming close to retaining the Hardcore Championship and winning the PSN Championship. Thor is almost out the door, until Stew quickly stands up and jumps on Thor's legs to stop him!
End Of Match:
Thor starts kicking Stew's face repeatedly and one kick to the face knocks down Stew. Thor is gonna win this until Neo runs down and slams the cage door in Thor's face! Stew finally stands up and starts stomping on Thor's defenseless body until finally he exits the cage through the door.
Winner by Escaping The Cage: Stewart (New Hardcore Champion, Still PSN Champion)
After The Match:
The cage lifts up as medics attend to a wounded Thor. Stew and Neo give each other a quick hug as Stew asks for a mic.
Stewart: That was one hell of a match don't ya think?
Crowd boos
Stewart: Shut up you hypocritical brats!
A "You Suck" chant breaks out
Stewart: I am the NEW Hardcore Champion and I am STILL the PSN Champion! You all should quiet down and treat me with respect! This is MY ring, these are MY Championships, and, this is NOT the way a champion should be treated! I am the best in the world and nobody can out-do me on that! I am here to announce that a storm is coming to UWA and that storm is called Immortal. Immortal will reign supreme on UWA grounds and rest assured, STP will be no more by the time Immortal becomes a commodity. Thank you for your time you selfish brats!
J.R: What a piece of trash!
King: You said it....
Backstage we see Manager warming up for his match later tonight.
J.R: That man right there is looking to win his second UWA World Championship tonight.
King: After his unfair loss at Tribute To The Troops, Manager is looking to settle this feud once and for all tonight.
Ding Ding Ding!
Roberts: The following contest is an Unsanctioned Falls Count Anywhere Match!
J.R: What's going on here?
The camera shows Coz fighting with the "Former UWA Member" backstage, and he's kicking his ass.
Coz: You think you can just waltz in and make fun of UWA you son of a bitch?!
Beginning Of Match:
Referees are trying to stop Coz from destroying the "Former UWA Member", but to no avail. Coz starts whacking his back with a steel chair over and over again. Then Coz grabs a steel pipe and hits the "Former UWA Member" in the face with it. This Falls Count Anywhere Match is heading out to the parking lot!
Middle Of Match:
Coz starts slamming "The Former UWA Member's" head onto several cars. Car alarms set off and blare as Coz continues to decimate his opponent. Coz then irish whips his opponent to the parking lot elevator. Coz and "The Former UWA Member" are now in the elevator as we try to get another camera man on the scene. We have another camera man and we now see Coz just destroying his opponent near the concession stands! Coz tells the fans to smack "The Former UWA Member" as hard as they can. Coz's opponent is knocked out.
End Of Match:
Coz starts trash talking "The Former UWA Member", grabs a "Blood Management" T-Shirt from the stands and starts choking his opponent. Coz throws the shirt away and sets up his opponent for the "Coz and Effect". Coz nails his finisher on the concrete floor as the fans near the concession stands look on in awe. Just then someone taps Coz's shoulders: Manager! Manager grabs ""The Former UWA Member's" hair and jacknifes him through a table!!! A "Holy Shit" chant breaks out. The referee stops the match due to Coz's opponent not being able to continue.
Winner by KO: Coz
After The Match:
Manager drags "The Former UWA Member's" head and throws him out the door and out of the arena!
Manager: Don't come back here you son of a bitch! Security make sure he doesn't ever get back in here...
The camera tries to go back to ringside with J.R and King, but the camera fuzzes out...
The camera fades back in and we see the "Man in the Gas Mask", and the "Man with the suit" in the hospital hallway. Though his face is not shown, the "Man in the Suit"walks toward the "Man in the Gas Mask". The "Man in the Suit" stands face to face with the "Man in the Gas Mask" and hands him the briefcase he was carrying. The camera turns black again, with 1.1.12 written in blood... The camera fades to black again, until it fuzzes out again and the camera (turned on it's side now) sees the "Man in the Suit" bloody on the floor with his clothes ripped, while the "Man in the Gas Mask" now wears the suit, now holding the briefcase....
J.R: Sorry bout the interruption ladies and gentlemen but right now let's take a look at what happened at Tribute To The Troops between Manager and Str8.
The replay shows Manager being attacked by STP and crashing through a table as Str8 wins the World Heavyweight Championship.
King: That was just really hard to watch, especially knowing Manager was already hurt going into that match.
J.R: Let's take it to Justin Roberts whose in the ring ready to call the next match.
Ding Ding Ding!
Roberts: The following contest is for the UWA World Heavyweight Championship!
J.R: I talked to Manager earlier today and he said though he's still banged up from his match at Tribute To The Troops, he is not backing down from a fight and will do whatever it takes to become World Champion again.
King: We see Manager limping as we get this match underway, do you think that Str8 will take advantage of an injured Manager to win the match?
J.R: Knowing Str8....Yes.
Mixed reaction for the World Champion
J.R: This man here is happy, happy that he is basically getting an easy match due to Manager still recovering from his injuries.
King: Wait a minute...what's this? The whole STP gang is there!
J.R: That's just damn right despicable. As if Manager didn't take enough beatings this past week.
Roberts: Introducing first, the challenger, from Seattle, WA, weighing in at 243 lbs, "The King Of Controversy", Manager!!!
Loud cheers coming from the crowd
Roberts: And his opponent, from Long Beach, California. weighing in at 248 lbs, he is the current UWA World Heavyweight Champion, "The Saint Of Abstinence", Str8Edgex!!!

Referee Nick Patrick takes the belt from Str8 and holds it up high in the air, showing the crowd what's at stake.
Beginning Of Match:
Str8 and Manager have a stare down as Thor and Punisher take a seat by ringside. Str8 slaps Manager across the face and laughs but Manager tackles Str8 down as this match gets underway. Manager starts giving lefts and rights to Str8's forehead and referee Nick Patrick gives Manager the count of 5 to break it up. Manager stops at 4 and we roll on with this match. Manager irish whips Str8 into the corner, Str8 rebounds off of it and Manager delivers a beautiful German suplex followed by a pin combo: 1...2..kick out. Manager struggles to stand up after the German suplex also affected him. Manager grabs Str8 by the hair but Str8 breaks free and starts punching away at Manager's skull. Manager is now on the apron and Str8 clotheslines him to the outside. Manager lands next to Thor and Punisher's feet. Manager continues to struggle getting up properly. Punisher starts trash talking Manager, prompting him to get distracted, meanwhile Str8 goes on the apron, springboards of the ropes, and does a moonsault, but Manager moves away! A loud thud can be heard as Str8 screams in pain. Manager grabs Str8 and gets him back in the ring. Manager goes for the cover: 1....2....kick out.
Middle Of Match:
Manager seems to get frustrated as this match continues. Thor and Punisher continue to look on. Manager grabs Str8 and hits the 3 amigos to honor the late great Eddie Guererro and goes for the cover: 1...2...kick out. Manager slams his hands down on the mat and looks to end this match early here. Manager sets up Str8 in a jacknife position, Manager lifts up Str8 high in the air, but Str8 counters the fall with a DDT! Str8 crawls to Manager and goes for the pin: 1....2....kick out! Str8 holds his ribs and screams in frustration but also in agony. Str8 lifts up Manager, but Manager breaks free and delivers a Super Kick from out of nowhere! Manager falls on Str8's body and goes for the cover: 1....2.....near fall! Manager tries to argue with the referee that it was a 3 count but the referee denies. Manager irish whips Str8 into the corner, runs to him, and connects with a jaw breaking Shining Wizard in the corner! Manager tries to follow it up with a bulldog but Str8 counters it and Manager crashes down to the mat. Str8 goes up on the top rope and waits for Manager to get up. Manager gets up and Str8 dives off hitting a crossbody but wait, Manager rolls over and counters! Manager is holding Str8 in a World Strongest Slam position. Manager throws Str8 onto his shoulders and delivers a thunderous Attitude Adjustment!! Manager slowly crawls to Str8 and goes for the cover: 1....2...Punisher puts Str8's foot on the ropes!!! The crowd boos as the match continues. Referee didn't see Punisher put Str8's foot on the ropes. Manager waits for Str8 to get up and attempts to hit another AA, but when Manager get's Str8 on his shoulders, Str8 counters it into a Twist Of Fate! In for the cover: 1...2....and a kick out! The crowd erupts as this match is becoming red hot.
End Of Match:
Str8, likewise, argues with the referee but Nick Patrick continues to decline the 3 count. Str8 picks up Manager, but Manager gut kicks him and hits a Book End! Manager goes for the cover again: 1.....2.....another kick out!!!! Manager's shocked eyes tell the whole story as this match keeps going. Punisher, worried Str8 might lose, grabs a steel chair from ringside and looks to hit Manager with it from the apron. The referee sees and tries to stop him. Manager sees and delivers a hard right hand to Punisher's face knocking him down to the floor. Manager turns around and Str8 is right there! Str8 hits Manager with his own finishing move, the AA, and connects! In for the cover: 1....2......a kick out again!! Str8 goes to the turnbuckle and removes the turnbuckle padding. Referee Nick Patrick sees this and tries to put it back on. Str8 yells at Thor to get the chair. Thor hesitates for a moment, then STr8 screams "Do it!!!" and Thor slides in the steel chair. With the referee busy, Str8 grabs the chair and whacks it across Manager's skull! Str8 slides the chair out of the ring and the referee turns around to see Str8 go for the cover: 1.....2.......3!!!!
Ding Ding Ding!
Winner: Str8Edgex (Still Champion)
After The Match:
All of STP are in the ring as Str8 celebrates for his successful title defense. Str8 pats Thor on the shoulder, but Thor slaps it away and walks out of the ring. Str8 and Punisher look confused at first, but continue to celebrate shortly after.

Assassin tries to go for an early advantage but JTW takes him down with a big boot. JTW picks up Assassin and hits a side slam. JTW is just taking control of the match and hits a Broski Boot in the corner. JTW tries to hit a Fallaway Slam, but Assassin counters and looks to make a comeback.
Middle Of Match:
Assassin makes a "Kofi Kingston" type comeback and starts building up momentum. Assassin hits a "Boom Drop" and looks to end this match early. Assassin hits a Scorpion Death Drop and goes for the cover: 1....2...kick out.
End Of Match:
Assassin picks up JTW again but this time JTW catches Assassin off guard and hits a GTS from out of nowhere! Goes for the cover: 1....2...3.

After The Match:
JTW celebrates with the United States Championship as he asks for mic.
JTW: I am the new United States Champion!!

JTW: But unfortunately, my celebration may last shortly as I have a Pink Slip Match against UWA World Heavyweight Champion Str8Edgex. Str8 get your ass out here and lets do the match, or I go back there myself and drag you out here.

Both men stare each other down as this match gets started.
Beginning Of Match:
JTW strikes Str8 first and here we go. JTW punches Str8 in the head and gets him into the corner. Referee gives JTW a 5 count and JTW breaks it up at 3. JTW looks to hit a running clothesline into the corner, but Str8 moves outta the way. JTW crashes into the corner and now Str8 takes advantage by stomping on every weak body part of JTW. Str8 takes several steps back then hits a Players Boot! Str8 goes for the cover: 1...2....kick out.
Middle Of Match:
Str8 continues to stomp on JTW's body as we roll on with this match. Str8 lifts up JTW and hits a beautiful DDT. In for the cover again: 1...2...kick out. Str8 wants to get this match done early. Just then we see Punisher come out. Punisher has a lead pipe in his hands. Str8 sees this and nods in approval. Str8 turns around and JTW catches him off guard and hits him with a Codebreaker! He goes for the cover: 1....2....kick out! Punisher gets on the apron near the corner and tries to take off the padding. The referee stops him and argues with him. JTW attmpts to irish whips Str8 into the corner, but Str8 reverses it into an irish whip into his own and irish whips JTW into the referee!
End Of Match:
Punisher slides the pipe in the ring and holds JTW while Str8 looks to strike him with it. JTW fights out of Punisher's grasp and low blows him. JTW turns around and Str8 strikes first on the abdomen, then on the head with the lead pipe! Str8 covers him and the ref slowly counts: 1..........2..........3!!!!!

After The Match:
Punisher starts heading up the ramp until Thor comes from behind and ambushes Punisher with a steel chair!!! Thor has turned on STP! Thor smashes the chair against Punisher's back again, and again. Thor then finishes off Punisher by ramming him into the gaurd rail by the ramp way. Str8 doesn't notice as he's too busy celebrating. When Thor gets in the ring, Str8 hugs him until he see's Punisher knocked out. Str8 realizes and before he can react, Thor hits a hard right hand to Str8's face! Thor starts punching Str8's face in the corner with stiff right hands. Str8 is now a bloody mess. Thor throws Str8 outta the ring and to the ringside area. Thor removes the covers and equipment off the announcers table and then smashes Str8's head against the table! Blood is all over the place now. Thor gets Str8 on top of the table and looks to hit him with a powerbomb, but wait no Thor sets up Str8 in a Cactus Piledriver position! Thor executes a piledriver on Str8 through the announcers table!!!! A loud "Holy Shit" chant breaks out from the crowd. Thor stands up and screams as the crowd erupts in cheers! Thor goes in the ring and picks up the now-fired, JTW. Thor looks him dead in his eyes, then extends his hand out for a handshake. JTW looks around the arena then accepts it as the crowd applaud. Thor and JTW look at the destroyed body of Str8 and JTW waves goodbye to the UWA Nation.
King: With JTW fired, what does this mean for the United States Title and the Money In The Bank Briefcase?
J.R: I don't know King but that man right there, JTW, is one extraordinary competitor, I sincerely wish him the best in his future endeavors...
UWA Final Fallout comes to an end, as does 2011. See you next year in 2012!
